Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled OB/GYN Physician to join our team at Maxim Healthcare. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to women requiring obstetrical and/or gynecological services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership that promotes a culture of safety, quality, cooperation, advocacy, and collaboration.
  • Implement programs, workflows, and quality measures to improve patient care.
  • Supervise nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants performing GYN care.
  • Provide clinical supervision for medical residents and/or other healthcare students.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, peers, and the Chief Medical Officer.
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical charts, including documentation of quality clinical measures.
  • Meet established productivity performance standards for clinicians.

Requirements:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
  • Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of Idaho.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
