Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the delivery of patient care in the Acute Rehabilitation Unit. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to lead and manage a team. The ideal candidate will have a BSN or BS/BA degree in Nursing and current RN licensure in Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and families
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:
  • BSN or BS/BA degree in Nursing
  • Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania
  • Current BCLS certification
  • ACLS certification or completion of orientation
  • Professional certifications preferred
