Mixology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to enhance our beverage service at Penny Group Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, crafting innovative cocktails, and maintaining a clean and inviting bar environment.

• Take drink orders and make recommendations to patrons
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws regarding the serving of alcoholic beverages
• Operate the cash register and manage transactions
• Order, maintain, and restock inventory of bar supplies and ingredients
• Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and mopping

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending is preferred
• Mixology or hospitality certification is a plus
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and time management skills
• Teamwork and communication skills
