Job Description

This Specialty Pharmaceutical Representative will be responsible for selling Intrarosa & Femring to OB/GYNs throughout an assigned geographic territory. Our Representative will engage Health Care Professionals, Office Staff, and Decision Makers in face-to-face discussions, promoting the assigned Client product(s) and maximizing sales potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with Health Care Providers by educating them about product features, benefits, safety profile, and approved indications.
  • Provide value to customers through expert knowledge of products and territories.
  • Analyze sales data and plan strategies to meet or exceed goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A BA/BS (or higher) from an accredited college or university, preferably in business, life science, or clinical degree.
  • A minimum of 1 year of previous pharmaceutical, medical device, and medical sales experience, or outside/field B2B experience, or as a Labor & Delivery Nurse or other clinical professional with current relationships with OB/GYNs.
  • A consistent track record of quantifiable/documented sales accomplishments.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, analyze, and act upon sales data within an assigned geography.
  • Solid and persuasive business communication skills with physicians and providers.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise good business judgment and discretion.
  • Familiarity with a Sales Force Automation (SFA) application is preferred.
