Mission Inn Resort & Club, a premier hospitality destination, is seeking a skilled Bellperson to provide exceptional guest service and ensure seamless luggage handling. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a warm and welcoming experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding guest service, ensuring a positive first impression of the resort
• Deliver, collect, and store luggage accurately and promptly
• Work collaboratively with the front desk team to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about the resort's amenities and services

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License and good driving record
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
