Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop personal relationships with youth, fostering mutual influence and respect.
  • Lead and facilitate individual and team-building activities to help youth utilize their strengths.
  • Maintain contact with internal staff, keeping them informed of ongoing progress and strategies.
  • Oversee day-to-day development with youth and families.
  • Assess behavioral issues and take appropriate steps to help youth resolve them productively.

Requirements:

  • At least 19 years of age
  • Outstanding listening skills

Competitive pay with overtime hours available. Meals provided while on shift or during off days.

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
