BriteLife Recovery is a mission-centered behavioral health organization dedicated to providing top-notch addiction treatment services. We are seeking an experienced and passionate cook to join our team as a Culinary Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional culinary experiences for our clients.

Job Overview

Our kitchen team is responsible for preparing delicious and nutritious meals that cater to diverse dietary needs. As a Culinary Specialist, you will assist the Executive Chef in menu development, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in weekly menu planning and food preparation to ensure the highest quality cuisine is served to our clients
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining areas, and other food service spaces
  • Inventory management: assist in tracking and ordering food supplies and equipment as directed by the Executive Chef
  • Demonstrate knowledge of safe food handling and preparation practices to enhance the quality of life for our patients
Requirements
  • Flexible schedule (3.5 days/week) with full-time hours
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1-2 years of casual dining experience preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Current ServeSafe Certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment
