Maintenance Technician

About the Job:

The Maintenance Person plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant. This includes tasks such as cleaning equipment, maintaining the exterior grounds, and ensuring the overall appearance of the restaurant meets our high standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Filtering oil fryers daily
  • Maintaining outside grounds
  • Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
  • Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
  • Take out and empty trash compactor
  • Change light bulbs
  • Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris

Requirements:

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is an asset.
