Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Organize, staff, and direct a global team of transformer diagnostic specialists, ensuring tasks are properly defined, allocated, monitored, and evaluated.
- Workload Supervision: Supervise workload and approve deliverables produced by the team, ensuring they meet expected quality and time standards.
- Technical Support: Coordinate advanced technical support activities, balancing them against regular project work.
- Communication: Ensure efficient communication within the team and towards the rest of the organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Represent the team perspective, drive for consensus, buy-in, and decisions while interacting with various stakeholders.
- Competency Development: Develop appropriate competencies in the team and establish proper mechanisms to transfer them outside the team as required.
- Candidate Review and Selection: Participate in candidates' review and selection for newly opened positions.
- New Team Member Onboarding: Onboard new team members.
- Performance Evaluation: Drive the performance evaluation and competency assessment processes.
- Innovation and Improvement: Foster the team to challenge the status quo and come up with novel ideas and solutions in the field of transformer diagnostics.
- Intellectual Property Protection: Support the protection of newly created intellectual property and the continuous monitoring of intellectual property generated by others.
- Technical Committee Participation: Oversee participation of team members in relevant technical committees and events.

- Education: MSc or BSc Engineering degree or equivalent diploma qualification.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a Team Leader position.
- Transformer Engineering and Design: Experience in transformer engineering and design.
- Technical Knowledge: Good technical understanding of transformers monitoring and diagnostics.
- Monitoring Systems: Knowledge of the most common transformer monitoring systems and digital devices.
- Soft Skills: A proactive, solution-oriented, and structured individual with strong teamworking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Communication Skills: A skilled communicator with high intercultural sensitivity and the ability to interface with numerous stakeholders.
- Language: Fluent command of English is a must.
