Company Overview: DSW Homes, LLC is a reputable home construction company seeking an experienced and reliable Site Manager to augment its growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing residential new construction and rehabilitation activities in a scattered lot environment. This role requires strong attention to detail and complete confidentiality.

Estimated Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description:

This position involves supervising the construction and rehabilitation of homes, maintaining aggressive schedules, managing budgets, promoting job site safety, and completing punch lists.

  • Maintain daily schedules and ensure timely project completion.
  • Manage project budgets and generate progress reports.
  • Promote safe work practices and rectify job site hazards immediately.
  • Supervise completion of punch lists and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work directly with homeowners and perform quality control inspections.
  • Read and interpret engineered plans, schedule subcontractors, and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Assist with permit applications and inspections.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in residential construction required.
  • College education in Construction Management preferred but not required.
  • Experience in scattered lot environments preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office skills and ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, handle sensitive information, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexible and able to accommodate changing priorities and directions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
