This role is crucial for maintaining the financial integrity of our manufacturing operations. We are looking for a highly skilled and meticulous Cost Accountant Manager to oversee the financial aspects of our production processes. This position demands a professional with a robust background in cost accounting, particularly within a manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and monitor the costs associated with manufacturing operations.
- Develop and implement cost control measures to enhance profitability.
- Prepare detailed reports on cost variances and financial performance.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure accurate costing of products.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and principles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and GAAP.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
