Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant - Home Health

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personal care to our clients in the home setting. As a CNA, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to deliver high-quality care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, toileting, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist clients with other activities, such as shopping, homemaking, preparing and serving meals, and client socialization.
  • Assist with ambulation, transfer, and/or range of motion exercises.
  • Utilize good infection control measures.
  • Recognize, document, and report changes in the client environment to the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • 1 Year Experience as a CNA.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Florida CNA License.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Proof of Current Car Insurance.
  • Able to Lift, Carry, Push, or Pull up to 50 pounds.
