**Job Summary**
Continuum Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Administrative Physician Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of our medical practice.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective practice operations.
- Manage and supervise a team of administrative staff to ensure excellent customer service and support.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless practice operations.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our practice remains competitive.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a medical administrative leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in managing administrative teams and budgets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
