Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate spot welders for galvanized steel, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Form liners within acceptable quality and quantity standards, as stated in blueprints and route sheets.
  • Fits and positions product weldments, using welding and welding fixtures, jigs, and rollers where applicable.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues on the assembly line to maintain production rates.
  • Complete paperwork, perform preventative maintenance, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, measuring devices, and standard work documents.
  • Regular and punctual attendance is essential for success in this role.
