Job Overview: Cookman Law is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Intake Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in converting leads into clients by establishing rapport, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the initial stages of the legal process.

Sales and Intake Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound inquiries, qualifying potential clients, and ensuring smooth intake processes.
  • Assess potential clients' legal needs through a series of questions, ensuring they meet the criteria for our legal services.
  • Foster strong relationships with potential clients, providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience throughout the intake process.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or intake, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary and Benefits: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
