Job Title: Per Diem Nurse - ICU

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Per Diem Nurse to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. As a Per Diem Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Job Summary:

  • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor and assess patient condition, identifying and responding to changes in a timely manner.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in critical care nursing.

Requirements:

  • Current State Nursing License.
  • Minimum 1-year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
  • Appropriate certifications for the specific position.
