LPN ADON - Wellness Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled LPN ADON to join our team at Brookdale University Park. As a LPN ADON, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community, ensuring residents receive high-quality care and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage the continuity and consistency of medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision and/or administration in the community.
• Assist in the supervision of community-based licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers.
• Provide training and education to Caregivers on an ongoing basis.
• Manage the associates' schedules.
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community.

Requirements

• Education as required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
• A minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience.
• LPN or LVN license.
