Requirements:

* Ability to type at least 50 words per minute at 98% accuracy.
* Empathetic and customer-focused.
* Willingness to learn new ways of doing things that improve your life and workflow.
* Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing systems is strongly preferred.
* Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
* Comfortable dealing with vast volumes of complex data.
* Working knowledge of office equipment, computer hardware, and peripheral devices.
* Basic understanding of databases.
* Good command of oral and written English and customer service skills.
