Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders in agile project management.
  • Develop and implement agile methodologies, preferably Scrum framework.
  • Manage and maintain agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience as a Specialist.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Scrum Master and leading agile teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in agile methodologies.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience with agile project management tools.
  • Minimum of five (5) years working experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
