Overview

Groups Recover Together is an innovative outpatient addiction medicine provider delivering comprehensive treatment for opioid addiction. Our care model combines medication, weekly group therapy, and care navigation to support individuals in achieving sustained recovery. As a Hybrid Substance Use Counselor, you will play a vital role in our team-based approach, working collaboratively with prescribers, care navigators, and peer recovery coaches to provide holistic clinical care.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our treatment team, you will lead group therapy sessions, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination. Your expertise in addiction and recovery will be essential in guiding members towards successful outcomes. Additionally, you will engage in community relations activities, promoting Groups and its mission through outreach and education.

Qualifications

We seek a qualified professional with a Bachelor's degree and an active IN behavioral health license or certification. A minimum of two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting is required. You should possess a high comfort level with technology, including EMR, Telehealth software, and Google products.
