Key Responsibilities

  • Cloud Infrastructure Management
    • Deploy, maintain, monitor, and upgrade production deployments of ARIC Risk Hub SaaS
    • Develop and implement automation tools and frameworks to streamline operational processes and reduce manual intervention
  • Platform Development
    • Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications
    • Continually evaluate and improve our technology and processes to increase quality, decrease costs, and improve time-to-market
  • Service Reliability
    • Periodically test the service with predictable and unpredictable failures
    • Provide 2nd-line operational support for our SaaS customers
  • Reporting and Documentation
    • Gather data and generate reports on the service performance
    • Develop and document internal processes
  • Team Collaboration
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement reliability and performance requirements
