Inner Tube Assembler

Henke Sass Wolf of America is seeking a skilled Inner Tube Assembler to join our team. As an Inner Tube Assembler, you will work with a team of qualified individuals to assemble endoscopes according to our company's working procedures. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the optics system of the endoscope is accurate and free from defects.

• Disassemble and reassemble optical systems, ensuring all components are properly aligned and secured.
• Clean and inspect rod lenses to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Align and bond optical components to ensure precise fit and function.
• Inspect final products to ensure they meet specifications and are free from defects.
• Repair inner tubes using various methods, including cleaning, bonding, and testing.
• Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and use a microscope and eye loop.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
