Job Overview

Khon's Asian Bistro LLC is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and cooking dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including soups, meats, vegetables, and desserts.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of food preparation areas and equipment.
  • Inspect and maintain the quality of ingredients and cooked dishes.
  • Regulate oven temperatures to ensure proper cooking techniques.
  • Rotate stock to maintain freshness and prevent spoilage.
  • Bake, roast, broil, and steam foods to precise temperatures.
  • Carve and trim meats for presentation.
  • Consult with supervisory staff to plan menus and coordinate kitchen operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A few months to one year of related experience preferred.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $35,000 - $45,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
