Job Summary

We are seeking a Funeral Ambassador to join our team in supporting families through the funeral and memorialization process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to client families and their guests
  • Assist with coordinating funeral and memorialization events
  • Ensure public spaces are clean and prepared for services
  • Assist with directing and/or transporting families and service attendees to and from service locations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • At least 1-year experience in funeral arranging preferred
  • Able to read, write, and speak English fluently; bilingual a plus

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
