Project Management Business Analyst
Position Overview
Ampcus is seeking a qualified professional with a blend of process optimization, program oversight, change facilitation, and financial stewardship experience for a Business Analyst-Project Manager position that will support both client projects and internal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the gathering, documentation, and evaluation of client business requirements to aid in technology solution development.
  • Create project management documentation, including Project Charter, Quality Management Plan, Communication Plan, and Change Management Plan.
  • Develop and monitor project timelines from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to ensure project awareness, responsibilities, dependencies, risks, and issues are managed effectively to align with project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Prepare presentation materials for client introductory meetings, project discussions, and planning sessions.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate both client and internal meetings.
  • Document and distribute meeting notes.
  • Contribute to the development and management of project deliverables.
  • Take responsibility for the successful completion of specific tasks and projects.
  • Work with development teams to gather requirements and input them into project management tools as backlog items.
  • Manage backlog grooming, delivery sprints, and draft user stories in collaboration with the project team.
  • Lead initiatives in process optimization, change management, and solution adoption.
  • Draft testing plans and scripts, support testing efforts, and collaborate with the project team and end users.
  • Create training materials and conduct training sessions for end users.
  • Facilitate troubleshooting and root cause analysis, ensuring resolution and closure.

Experience
  • A minimum of ten years of relevant work experience.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution.
Work Location
  • This position is primarily remote, with the option to work from the office as needed.
