About the Role:

This is a permanent placement opportunity for a Certified Surgical Technologist to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of the surgical team, you will be responsible for preparing patients for surgery, maintaining a sterile environment, and assisting surgeons during procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for surgery by cleaning and disinfecting the operating room, setting up equipment, and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
  • Assist surgeons during procedures by handing instruments, suturing, and maintaining a sterile environment.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
Requirements:
  • NCCT or NBSTSA certification as a Surgical Technologist.
  • 2+ years of experience in the CVOR or Open Heart environment.
  • Experience in CABG's (Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting) procedures.
