About the Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Office Nurse RN to support our teams onsite Monday through Friday. This position will consist of coverage at two Family Medicine locations: Barrington Health Center and Durham Health Center.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of RN experience, preferably in a community-based ambulatory setting. The RN will handle patient interactions via telephone, provide advice in accordance with clinical protocols, and coordinate proper disposition. Calls are related to patient concerns and education, appointments, pre and post procedures, inpatient admissions, prescription refills, and test results.

Responsibilities
  • Phone triage and patient interactions via telephone
  • Provide advice in accordance with clinical protocols
  • Coordinate proper disposition of patient calls
  • Float to other departments in the WHP system when needed
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in NH
  • BLS required prior to hire
  • Minimum of 1 year of RN experience, preferably in a community-based ambulatory setting
