The Higheredmilitary institution is seeking a qualified Adjunct Professor of Higher Education to teach in the M.Ed. in Higher Education Leadership Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating online courses and contributing to the development of the program.
**Responsibilities**
- Abide by and uphold the institution's mission, policies, and core values.
- Utilize effective online teaching and learning practices.
- Prepare course materials and syllabi in accordance with program standards and in collaboration with the program coordinator.
- Be available to students for individual consultation, providing constructive feedback, and submitting final grades by the specified due date.
**Qualifications**
- A doctoral degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, or a closely related field is required.
- Previous online teaching experience is required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in designing online courses and materials is preferred.
