Job Description

At ZephyrTech, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dispatcher (m/f/d) to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dispatching and Management: Independently dispatch and manage national and international partial and full loads from our own and external fleet.
  • Route Planning and Monitoring: Plan and monitor daily routes to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
  • Customer and Driver Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and drivers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and manage vehicle and transport documents.
  • Quality and Cost Control: Ensure that all transportation activities are conducted with a focus on quality and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Commercial Training: Completed commercial training as a freight forwarder.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in dispatching or a similar position.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Software Skills: Excellent MS Office skills and experience with ERP and/or logistics systems is a plus.
  • Personality: Independent and structured work style, as well as customer and service orientation.
