Job Summary:

The Business Intelligence Analyst will play a critical role in developing and managing business intelligence tools and products to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage business intelligence tools and products to support data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of data products
  • Design and develop dashboards to effectively communicate insights and trends
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to gather requirements, interpret/explain results, and collect feedback to enhance future iterations of data products
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business
  • Experience with business intelligence tools, preferably Tableau Cloud
  • Strong proficiency with SQL and other data manipulation languages
  • Knowledge of statistical concepts and analytic techniques, including descriptive statistics and exploratory, inferential, and predictive analysis
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, cloud computing, and experience with ETL processes preferred
Working Conditions:

This position typically operates in an office environment with heavy computer use. Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. and normal/corrected eyesight are required.
