Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor - F-16 Avionics Specialist
">About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to lead our F-16 maintenance team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in aircraft maintenance, with a focus on avionics systems.
">">Supervise and assign program workloads as well as duties for entire shifts of workers performing aircraft maintenance repair, inspection, and modifications.">Maintain knowledge of supply procedures, and Service Bulletins/Letters and Airworthiness Directives.">Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul and modify aircraft systems and powerplants in accordance with established written procedures, specifications, and standards.">Candidate must be knowledgeable in F-16 aircraft systems operation and maintenance to include landing gear, powerplants, flight controls, disassembly, reassembly, rigging and aircraft movement.">">

">Qualifications: Must meet one of the following requirements:

- A Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related experience in aircraft maintenance.">
- An Associate's degree plus 6 years of related experience in aircraft maintenance.">
- High School Diploma plus 10 years of related experience in aircraft maintenance.">
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
