Available Night Shifts:

  • 7 pm - 7 am with rotating weekends

Key Responsibilities of Practical Nursing Specialist:
  • Highly motivated and capable of assisting in all facets of nursing care
  • Deliver services that surpass company and regulatory standards
  • Initiate and manage individualized nursing care plans
  • Assess and document residents' conditions and nursing requirements
  • Accurately and promptly execute physicians' orders
  • Delegate nursing care to team members based on residents' needs and individual qualifications
  • Administer medications
  • Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents
  • Document treatments as required
  • Ensure supplies are used efficiently and that equipment is maintained in a safe manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications of Practical Nursing Specialist:
  • Valid LPN license for the state of Missouri
  • Valid CPR certification
