Automotive Service Valet

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Service Valet to join our team at Lexus of Northborough. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude, answer their questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or location.
- Determine if customers have an appointment, record their information, and perform a walk-around the vehicle to document any damage or concerns.
- Perform complimentary wheel alignment tests and ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained.
- Drive safely and report any lot damage immediately, as zero lot damage is our goal and expectation.
- Retrieve customer vehicles at the cashier for pick-up, wait at the vehicle for the customer, and thank them for their business.
- Install disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and I.D. tags in all vehicles taken in for service.
- Deliver the keys and repair order hard copies to the appropriate Service Advisor immediately after parking a vehicle in the service parking lot.
- Maintain a clean and safe service drive area, free of trash, water, leaves, and dirt.
- Drive vehicles to and from service lanes, service stalls, and deliver vehicles to customer residences or places of business.
- Make key tags for vehicles and maintain a professional appearance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management staff.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work in inclement weather.
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and have a valid driver's license.
- All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and drug tests.
