EMI Industries is seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating various machines and equipment to fabricate metal parts and components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate press brakes, shears, and other metal fabrication equipment to produce high-quality parts and components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, part drawings, and engineering specifications to ensure accurate production.
  • Perform mathematical calculations to determine bend dimensions and bend deductions.
  • Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in metal fabrication or a related field.
  • Knowledge of metal fabrication processes and equipment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
