Senior Meat Cutter

Job Summary:

As a Senior Meat Cutter at Sam's Club, you will be responsible for driving sales in your area and delivering high-quality meat products to our members. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member's expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and resources, and provide excellent customer service.
• Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations, and provide meat products to members according to specifications.
• Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Be an Owner: Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, and maintain a work area according to company policies and procedures.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club, model high-quality service and products, and execute the basics at the highest level of quality.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications: 6 months' experience working in a fresh production department. Must be 18 years of age or older.
