Introduction

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team at HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Job Summary

The CT Technologist performs technical procedures, applying ionizing radiation to detect pathology. This includes regulating equipment used to expose x-ray images and processing and organizing images in PACS.

Responsibilities
  • Perform CT scans and other imaging procedures as required
  • Regulate equipment to ensure accurate and high-quality images
  • Process and organize images in PACS
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
Requirements
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) (R) required; ARRT (CT) registry required within 1 year of hire
  • State of Florida Registered Radiologic Technologist
  • Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
