Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team in the Cardiovascular Operating Room. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CVOR procedures and be able to assist with open-heart surgeries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure efficient and safe surgical procedures.
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field during operations.
- Assist in the preparation of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Provide support to the surgical team as needed throughout the procedure.

Qualifications:
- Current CST certification is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a CVOR setting.
- Must be able to provide two recent professional references.

Position Details:
- Urgency Level: Normal
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, hours to be discussed during the interview.
- Minimum Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week.

Additional Information:
- Candidates must reside at least 150 miles away from the facility to be considered.
- All travelers will undergo a drug screening upon arrival.
- Orientation will be provided to familiarize Agency Professionals with job responsibilities and facility policies.

Important Reminders:
- Ensure that all agency professionals are aware of potential costs associated with Employee Health services.
- Random drug screenings may occur during the assignment.
- Candidates must successfully pass Prophecy testing prior to assignment offer.

Holidays:
- The facility recognizes six national holidays, and work schedules will be determined based on operational needs.
