  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Experience with traffic modeling, roundabout design, and drainage design.
  • Knowledge of Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) requirements and procedures.
