Travel Nurse Source is partnering with QS Nurses to find a qualified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in a hospital setting.
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Medical-Surgery nursing and be able to work effectively in a team-based setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to assigned patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- 2 or more years of experience in Medical-Surgery nursing
- BLS certification by the American Heart Association
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
