Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Matrix Controls Co., Inc. The Personal Assistant will play a crucial role in delivering high-level administrative support to the CEO, which includes managing schedules, organizing meetings, transcribing discussions, and providing comprehensive administrative assistance. The CEO engages in international operations with various organizations and requires an individual who is dynamic and adept at fostering relationships across cultural boundaries, even in the presence of language differences. Success in this role hinges on the ability to inquire and absorb information, as there is no formal training program to cover the multifaceted aspects of the business.
