Job Summary:
The Store Supervisor is a key member of the El Super team, responsible for leading a team of associates to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
- Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including counting and reconciling cash and operating reports.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of retail or supervisory experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
