Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team as a Rapid Start Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent client care, training and monitoring new caregivers, and ensuring a smooth transition for new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Monitor and report changes in the client's health and wellbeing
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Assist with mobility and transfers
  • Adhere to care plans and document care provided
  • Collaborate with other caregivers and office staff to ensure the best care for clients
  • Support the onboarding of new caregivers, ensuring proper training and development
  • Provide field support and address any issues that arise during caregiver-client assignments
  • Assist with scheduling and staffing as needed to ensure services are delivered on time

Qualifications:

  • Current CNA certification in the state of Hawaii
  • Prior experience in home care, hospice, or healthcare (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, reliable, and professional
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
