About the Role

Garnet Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Medical Group team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, recording symptoms and progress, and assisting physicians during treatments and examinations.
  • Implement interventions to ensure patient/family needs are addressed, including physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse educational program.
  • Current LPN license and ongoing BLS certification.
  • 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
