About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic esthetics professional to join our team. As a Clinic Classroom Esthetics Instructor, you'll be responsible for educating and mentoring our students in the art and science of skincare. Your expertise will help our students develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the beauty industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of our students
  • Provide hands-on training and guidance to students in the classroom and clinic
  • Mentor and coach students to help them achieve their full potential
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our curriculum is relevant and effective
Requirements
  • Current cosmetology, barbering, skincare, or nail instructor license
  • 3+ years of licensure and experience in the beauty industry
  • Experience instructing at a cosmetology school
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
