Refund Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Refund Specialist to join our team at LogixHealth.

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of refunds and providing exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic company that values innovation and excellence.

About the Role:

• Process and review daily refund transactions for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns
• Maintain accurate records and reports to track refund activity
• Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance

Requirements:

• 10-key proficiency and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS 365, including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

What We Offer:
