- Operations and Efficiency: Improve operations and efficiencies to control department expenses, labor costs, and losses due to damages, spoiled product, and shrink.
- Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all food and personal safety codes when handling product or utilizing kitchen tools.
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; associate or bachelor's degree in business-related or food service-related field desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in management in a retail/restaurant/supermarket environment; meat management experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent customer service, leadership, and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
