Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Maryland Management Company. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including apartment turnovers and emergency repairs
• Conduct snow removal and other seasonal tasks as needed
• Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve maintenance goals and objectives

• CFC certification preferred, but not required
• Apartment maintenance experience a plus
• Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair skills required
• Reliable transportation and own tools necessary
• Background check and pre-employment drug screening required
