- Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assist with procedures, monitoring, and other functions as directed by the RN or physician.
- Document patient care in the medical record, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
- Serve as a resource to department staff, students, and volunteers to promote quality patient care.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) certification.
- Certificate or Associate Degree in Nursing.
