Job Details:

Job Title: HR Generalist
Reports to: Director of Human Resources
Location: Springfield or Corvallis, Oregon
Salary: $65,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and employee orientation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a nonprofit setting
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to think critically and address HR-related challenges effectively
