Key Responsibilities

  • Under the direct supervision of the Clinical Lab Supervisor and other Medical Technologists, perform laboratory examinations and tests to ensure rapid and accurate results.
  • Assure the quality and integrity of laboratory specimens and test results.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide accurate and timely test results.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes and patient care.

Requirements

  • High School or GED Diploma Graduate.
  • Associate degree required in Applied Sciences.
  • MLT (ASCP) registry or equivalent as determined by the Professional Director.
  • No experience necessary.
  • Registration as MLT (ASCP), RCT, MLT (AMT), CLT (NCA).
